Crack oak INTENS
The oak crack INTENS is the "intense” variant of the crack oak. Typical for the INTENS are wide, rustic-like core cracks as they are typical in old beams. Climate, weather and time make wood a wonderful material. The oak crack INTENS brings this optics as a plate material into the craft. Whether beam cladding, furniture or accents for modern furnishing are made, depends on the fantasy of the designer. The carrier plates for the INTENS cracks are freely selectable, the support base which is seen through the wide cracks, is normally black, but can also be selected in consultation with us.
Parquet flooring
The design "Parquet flooring" is an old but always up-to-date technique to glue wood. The advantage that also short wood pieces can be used, make the parquet flooring an ideal product matching the trend towards sustainability.
NOBLEWOOD with widths of 8-15 cm and lengths of 60-120 cm are glued shifted and give a harmonically natural surface. The " Parquet flooring " can be made in all types of wood but those from the RUSTICA® series are the most suitable ones. Large areas can be harmoniously designed, whether as a floor or wall cladding. Other design joining techniques such as fish bone complement the competency.
Vacuum press technology:
With the vacuum press technology, europlac can make 3-D moulds in NOBLEWOOD up to a size of 3300x1500 mm. Whether you need softened edges, post-forming radii or deep milled cut-outs, free forms according to the customer design are possible. By combining the press technology with a special pre-treatment of the NOBLEWOOD, half-shells for round arch and column production are possible.
