Our FIREPLAC® A1 fire protection board is made from VERMICULIT, a natural mineral. It is free of cement or gypsum components and contains neither asbestos nor silicate fibers. The raw boards are available in three versions with different densities: Type S750 A1, Type S850 A1, Type S950 A1.

This material consists of a natural material, differences in the geophysical composition are natural and unavoidable. Minor differences in material behavior are not grounds for complaint. Please note that it is less stable than wood-based panels.
Non-combustible in accordance with DIN 4102 and EN 13501-1 before coating, the carrier boards lose their approval due to the finish.
